We are Thrivve Club Ltd (“We”, “us”, “our”). Our website can be found at thrivve.club (our “Website(s)”).
Here at Thrivve Club, we take the privacy and security of your personal data very seriously. This policy explains what personal data we collect about you, why we need it, how we use it and the rights you have regarding it. The policy applies to any personal data we collect from you, whether you provide us with that data by browsing our Websites or receiving coaching.
We will be the data controller of your personal data. This means we make decisions about what data to collect from you, what we will do with that data and where we will transfer it.

PART A: YOUR PERSONAL DATA
Data we collect
• Identity & contact: name, email, phone, company, job title.
• Communications: emails/messages, call/meeting notes.
• Booking & billing: services purchased, invoices, payment status (card data handled securely by our payment processor, e.g., Stripe).
• Usage/analytics (if you consent): pages viewed, device type, approximate location/IP (truncated), on-site events.
• Cookies: see our Cookie Policy.
How we get data
• Directly from you (forms, calls, email, bookings).
• Automatically via cookies/analytics (if you consent).
• From referrers/partners (where introduced to us).
Purposes & lawful bases
• Provide services & support – Contract.
• Billing, accounting & tax compliance – Legal obligation.
• Client management, service improvement, site security – Legitimate interests.
• Website analytics (GA4) – Consent via our cookie banner (off by default until you accept). You can withdraw consent at any time via “Manage cookies”.
Sharing & processors
We use trusted providers to help us operate our business:
• Website/hosting/CDN: Squarespace.
• Payments: Stripe (if and when taking online payments).
• Analytics (if enabled by your consent): Google Analytics 4.
Processors may be located outside the UK/EEA; where relevant, we rely on appropriate safeguards (e.g., the UK International Data Transfer Addendum or EU Standard Contractual Clauses).
Retention
• Enquiries: typically 12 months.
• Client files & invoices: 6–7 years (for tax/accounting).
• Analytics: GA4 event data retention is typically up to 14 months (configurable); cookie lifetimes are listed in our Cookie Policy.
We may retain data longer if required for legal claims or compliance.
Your rights (UK GDPR)
You can request: access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection to certain processing. Where we rely on consent (e.g., analytics), you can withdraw it at any time (affects future processing only). To exercise rights, contact: martin@thrivve.club.
Complaints
You can complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk. We’d appreciate the chance to address your concerns first: martin@thrivve.club.
Children
Our services are not directed to children. Please do not provide children’s data.
